My running journey stemmed from a football injury at age 17 and I never looked back since the day I committed to running the fastest 800m I possibly could as a Senior at High School.
Running to me is: the challenges, the culture, the community, the friends, the rivalries, the travel, the adventures, the doubt, the confidence, the highs, the lows, the injuries, the setbacks, the breakthroughs, the failures and the personal bests. I've cycled through every stage of this sport that one possibly can and I'm excited to help others begin or continue their running journeys.
My experience as an athlete and coach: I've run at an international level over the 800m (5th in Australia on 2 occasions), run a 2:20 Marathon and trained and raced at every distance in between for over 15 years. I've coached over 40 people to achieve personal best times over the 800m through Marathon.
I'm open to working with you if you're committed to long term growth and improvement. There are no short-cuts in this sport.
