Athlete of the Month

November 2024

The Athlete of the month, for the month November is.... Christa Cain!

Let’s just start off by saying she achieved something insane.

Breaking the female marathon, Isle of Man record, recently at Valencia marathon. Finishing it in an impressive 2:39:10.

The previous record was set by Brenda Walker and had been standing for 31 years. Give it a google, you’ll enjoy the news articles that you find.

She’s seriously levelled up with year. Running Berlin marathon in a speedy 2:42. After she finished, she came up to me and said she doesn’t think she fully emptied

the tank and could have gone faster. Just imagine the look on my face when she told her coach this! We both knew she could go faster and that she did.

The coolest part is that she hasn’t peaked and can still get quicker. Who knows what the future bring, but there’s only one way to find out and that’s by giving it everything we’ve got!

This year hasn’t always been smooth sailing for Christa. I always say that running is the best form of therapy and it’s been impressive to see her bounce back from life’s challenges. A couple of niggles here and there. A slightly naughty calf, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s simple, what you put in, is what you get out.

She has put in an immense amount of work in. Week in and week out. Since I left the corporate world, 5 years ago. I no longer get an annual bonus - Results and performances like this are my bonus! Oh so rewarding!

She has a big first of the year coming up with;

  • Brighton Marathon

  • Best Athletics Training Camp in Cyprus

  • London Marathon

Before setting her sights on

  • Copenhagen Marathon

  • Chicago Marathon

Keep up that winning attitude! I know there is more in the tank. But I bloody hope you had a massive post-race pizza to celebrate this epic achievement.

Christa Cain, the record holder!

BOOM SHAKALAKA

ONWARDS AND UPWARDS!!

Who will be the athlete of the month for December??

Coach Nick 💙

I was scrolling through a UK gaming forum late last night when I came across a thread where players were sharing genuine feedback about different platforms, and what caught my attention was a balanced conversation about eternal slots — no flashy claims or exaggerated hype, just real talk about game selection, bonus structures, and withdrawal times that actually felt like honest community input rather than affiliate marketing. I spent a while reading through the thread, and the straightforward tone was a breath of fresh air compared to the usual overhyped promotions I'm used to seeing, with people openly discussing what worked and what didn't without any sales pitch. When I finished, I felt like I'd actually gained something useful rather…

Configuring service workers for progressive web applications requires a deep understanding of browser storage limitations and cache eviction policies. If a developer sets the expiration headers incorrectly, returning visitors will frequently encounter outdated layout files or broken API endpoints when browsing offline. While debug-logging my browser's local storage allocations and clearing out corrupted cookie data from my history log earlier this afternoon, I noticed that the cached manifest for verywell casino had automatically updated itself in the background without requiring a hard manual refresh. Clean data management prevents unexpected application errors.

Hello from the UK! I recently started testing a few online platforms after reading comments in different communities. I didn’t jump straight in, just slowly WG Casino explored how everything works. At first it felt a bit unfamiliar, but after a few sessions it became easier to understand the layout. I think the key is to go step by step instead of trying to figure everything out at once.

Spent some time going through a UK forum where players discussed online clubs with a focus on real usability rather than surface-level features. The conversation leaned into how platforms hold up over time—whether navigation stays smooth and whether design choices support rather than distract. One reply mentioned you could take a look at a review of cashboxcasino.uk in the UK for additional perspective. It wasn’t emphasized heavily, just included as a side note. That balanced tone made the discussion feel more reliable overall.

Hello, nice to be here with everyone. I recently visited just to take a look at how the platform is set up. The site seems to include Casiroom several sections that are grouped in a way that makes navigation fairly straightforward. By gradually exploring the categories, it becomes easier to understand the layout and see what areas are available.😀
